Case Successes for
Herman Howry and Breen Reflect Busy Season for Firm
Like
the summer temperatures that are steadily rising, so too is the workload at Herman,
Howry and Breen, and the successes that are coming from those cases. Just a few
weeks ago all six lawyers at Herman, Howry and Breen were involved in different
trials. Two of the cases resulted in victories and one will be continued in Fort
Worth next month. Following is a sampling of recent successes for the firm:

of Contract - Tim Herman tries case to verdict with the help of Matt Beatty.
Three million dollar verdict is secured for client, Longhorn Railroad, against
Capital Metro. | | Commercial
Lease Dispute - Sean Breen and Lisa Clute tried case to verdict and won client's
right to retain possession of premises in commercial lease dispute. | | Breach
of Merger Agreement - Randy Howry obtained a $450,000 arbitration award for
client by proving breaches of the representations and warranties provisions of
a merger agreement. | | Breach
of Partnership Agreement - Randy Howry obtained an award of $650,000 for client
in a small business group dispute. |

Beatty
 Matt
Beatty knew what he was looking for when he graduated from law school six years
