Recent Case Successes
for Herman Howry and Breen, LLP

Gas Royalty Dispute - Representing a major natural gas company, Tim Herman and Matt Beatty tried this two-week gas royalty case to judgment. Plaintiff was a Fortune 500 company seeking $10.5 million. Tim and Matt achieved total victory with plaintiff receiving nothing.
Breach of Water Rights Agreement - Randy Howry successfully negotiated the resolution of a water development partnership dispute. The water development project continues to be implemented in Burleson and Milam Counties.
Construction Defects - Sean Breen and Matt Beatty secured over $700,000 in a settlement fee for a homeowner whose home had construction defects.
Sexual Harassment - Sean Breen and Scott DeShazo secured a confidential settlement for former employees of an international investment company who were sexually harassed.
Commercial Lease Dispute - Sean Breen and Lisa Clute secured a jury verdict and judgment for client in resolution of a commercial lease dispute.
Intellectual Property - Tim Herman and Lisa Clute resolved through arbitration a $3 million dispute involving the ownership of intellectual property and minority partner claim against management.
Business Dispute - Sean Breen secured a million dollar-plus judgment for a client in a healthcare business dispute.
