Firm Adds Two New Associates to Team

Herman Howry & Breen, L.L.P. is pleased to announce the addition of two highly-qualified attorneys to the team, Jay Paul Warren and Laura D. Tubbs.

Jay has over seven years of experience in private and public legal practice. He has worked extensively in the areas of insurance litigation, criminal law, and both state and federal appellate practice. Mr. Warren worked as a judicial intern for Judge Emilio Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Laura has joined the firm in the area of complex litigation. She brings more than six years of complex civil litigation experience to the firm. Laura has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in areas such as general contract disputes, disputes between co-owners of businesses, business torts, such as tortuous interference, fraud, misrepresentation, and misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, statutory claims, and many aspects of insurance litigation.
