There is nothing more gratifying for an entrepreneur than to grow a great idea into a solid business. However, what I have seen happen again and again is that while all the energy, time and funding is poured into the conception and follow-through of the idea, the seemingly less-important issues such as proper legal set-up and administrative organization are over-looked. Ignorance is bliss until that lawsuit you never thought would happen arrives and you find yourself back pedaling to figure out what went wrong.
