We are pleased to announce that two partners at Herman, Howry and Breen, LLP, have been selected as top litigators in Texas. In September 2003, Tim Herman was chosen as a "Best of the Bar" Civil Litigator by the Austin Business Journal. One nomination form had this to say about Tim's skill: "He is a highly ethical and integrity-based litigator who combines intelligence with street-wise acumen to produce positive results for his clients."

Partner Randy Howry was selected this Fall as a "Super Lawyer" which appeared in an insert in the November issue of Texas Monthly magazine. Randy was chosen for his civil trial expertise in this state-wide competition.

Considering that more than 7,000 lawyers reside in Travis County, we are honored to have Tim and Randy recognized as top trial attorneys in Texas.
