Tort Reform Update - Preparing for the Future

The saga of lawsuit reform has come to an end with the passing by both the Texas House and Senate of the legislation that ushers in sweeping changes. As we acclimate to this new legislation, what its specific ramifications will be to lawyers, plaintiffs, defendants, consumers and business owners is still being sorted out.
