Ms. Hembree's expertise is in personal injury defense and first party
insurance cases. She has also handled subrogation cases statewide, in
the areas of auto collision, product liability, and breach of contract.
Ms. Hembree has extensive experience in legal research and drafting of
complex opinions regarding clients' duty to defend and indemnify
insureds under various personal and commercial policies.
