Lisa Clute Returns to Herman Howry & Breen L.L.P.
After Working Overseas with Global Law Firm

For Immediate Release, Austin, TX, February 11, 2003 - Herman, Howry & Breen, LLP is pleased to announce that Lisa Clute has resumed her practice with the litigation firm after working for White and Case, LLP, an international law firm, in their Moscow and London offices. Clute is a trial attorney for Herman, Howry & Breen in the areas of business and property litigation and complex commercial arbitrations.

Clute holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law, 1992. She also participated in the Tulane University International Law Program at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England. Clute holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Sam Houston State University, 1987.
