Attorney Laura D. Tubbs Joins Austin Law Firm,

For Immediate Release, Austin, TX, Feb. 27, 2007 - Herman Howry & Breen L.L.P. is pleased to announce that attorney Laura D. Tubbs has joined the firm in the area of complex litigation. Laura brings more than six years of complex civil litigation experience, representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court in areas such as general contract disputes, disputes between co-owners of businesses, business torts, such as tortuous interference, fraud, misrepresentation, and misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, statutory claims, and many aspects of insurance litigation. Laura graduated from The University of Texas with a B.A. in 1995 and The University of Memphis School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2000, where she served on the Law Review and published Guiliano v. Cleo, Inc.: A New Rule for Liquidated Damages in Tennessee , 31 U. Mem. L. Rev . 221 (Fall 2000).
