____________________________________ Scott DeShazo Named as Texas Rising Star Attorney ( April 20, 2004 ) Herman, Howry and Breen, LLP, is pleased to announce that Scott DeShazo has been named a “Texas Rising Star” for 2004 by Texas Monthly magazine, in cooperation with the publication Law and Politics. Scott, along with the other honorees, will be featured in the July, 2004 issue of Texas Monthly magazine and the Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Star edition. Fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Texas have received the Texas Rising Star designation. Recipients are younger than 40 years of age or have been practicing law 10 years or less. Congratulations to Scott on this achievement. His success as a litigator has been recognized, not only through this designation, but also by former clients, jurors and even opposing counsel.
