Herman Howry & Breen Partners Make 2005 Super Lawyers List
For Immediate Release, Austin, TX, June 2, 2005 - Herman, Howry & Breen, LLP is pleased to announce that Tim Herman, Randy Howry and Sean Breen were
once again selected for the Super Lawyers List of 2005-2006. This is the second year in a row all three
partners have been chosen for the list in the areas of commercial and business litigation.
The 2005 – 2006 Super Lawyer list was featured in the October, 2005 issue of Texas Monthly
and also as a separate publication, Texas Super Lawyer that was mailed to all members of the State Bar of
Texas. The selection process includes a survey sent to approximately 55,000 lawyers across Texas in practice
for five more years. The attorneys are asked to nominate peers and colleagues who they have personally
observed in action.
