Partners Recognized at Herman Howry & Breen L.L.P.

October 11, 2006 - Fall 2006 has marked various recognitions for attorneys at
Herman Howry & Breen L.L.P. In the 2006 edition of the Texas Super Lawyers publication, Randy Howry
was chosen as one of the top 50 lawyers in Central and West Texas receiving the highest point totals
in scoring among his peers. Joining Mr. Howry as 2006 Super Lawyers are partners Tim Herman and Sean Breen.
Mr. Howry, Mr. Herman and Mr. Breen also received
word recently that they had been selected for the 2007 edition of Best Lawyers in America.
Selection to the Best Lawyers in America list is a peer review process in which attorneys
choose colleagues based on their legal abilities. The list is organized by geographic region
and practice area. Mr. Herman and Mr. Howry were both selected for the general area of commercial
litigation and Mr. Breen was selected for his outstanding work in personal injury cases.
